When you are pregnant i know you should avoid deli meats and soft cheeses that could carry listeriosis.? - how to boil smoked ham

When cooking the deli meat, comparable to a vegetable soup with ham, I think it would kill the bacteria Listeria in ham when cooking the soup for 3 hours or not?

Bacteria) must not think only worried about the meat, as nitrate (sodium nitrate, that put the meat to keep the color. That is not good for the baby. Also stay away from hot dogs, which contain a ton of nitrate. Now that she said, now Crave hot dogs, eh? My wife was the same way when she was pregnant, lol.

Yes, it would be nice. When I was pregnant I wanted and nostalgia that I mean Turkey and Swiss cheese. I had a lot of power with cheese, but my body was to chop my local gorceries Turey. My doctor told me pop in the microwave or in a pan heated to kill anythign wrong. Boiling should do the same:)

I do not know much about the anatomy of listeriosis, but it is a spore former cook is not much ... Bactra most will be eliminated with a boiling point of trainers spores have the possibility of a crunchy rock is to be protected from escaping once the tempture cools down again. If you ask, they can, despite the cold ham cool smoke should always be there anyway, as they are ready to be avoided .. As someone who is pregnant and has a supervisor at the deli, I recommend to avoid their products.

Yes

Nothing about the food to cook long enough or high enough temperature to be safe.

But - like a human expert who never risk - if any rats scurrying across the floor and cheese / ham / was not rancid odor, not about feeding some "real" limited l concerned.

The women had children when eating half-cooked skewers of meat on the fire and eat raw shellfish for thousands of years before the word "hygiene" has never been thought of that!
Consider what we know today, and they the "good". If it is not safe to eat - Why feed your partner / guest!
