Does anyone have experience of Meckel's Diverticulum? - diverticulum more condition_symptoms

My son has a horseshoe kidney, and IBS (diagnosed by symptoms only). I have to do some research and found a suggestion of the Meckel's diverticulum occurs simultaneously in some patients with horseshoe kidney. Has anyone heard? Any information appreciated.
